1. Terms

1.1 What do these terms cover? These are the terms and conditions on which we
provide goods and services to you (including digital content).

1.2 Why is it important to read them. These terms inform who we are, what we have
been doing, how our contract works.

2. About us

2.1 About us: We are kalakyari Limited, a company registered in Jaipur, India. Our
registered office is at 84, Chetak Marg, Sector 8, Pratap Nagar, Jaipur, Rajasthan.

2.2 How to get in touch: You can contact us by writing at namaste@kalakyari.com.

2.3 How we may contact you. If we have to contact you we will do so by writing to you at
the email address you provided to us in your order. Make sure that the email address
you provide should be up and running.

3. Contract

3.1 Once you checkout via website, you will receive a computer generated email with an
order number, at which point a contract will come into existence between you and us.

3.2 If we are unable to accept your order, we will inform you of this and will not charge
you for the product. This might be because the product is out of stock, because of
unexpected limits on our resources which we could not reasonably plan for, inability to
obtain authorization for payment. In such a case do write to us at
namaste@kalakyari.com so that we expedite the process of reordering.

4. Handmade products

4.1 At kalakyari, we have an extensive range of products which are handmade and
hand painted using age old practices which are environmentally sustainable therefore
leaving minimum carbon footprint. While these products are being made in rural India,
given the nature of the process, each product will differ slightly from the illustrated
pictures on our website. Although we have made every effort to display the colours

accurately, we cannot guarantee that a device's display of the colours accurately
reflects the colour of the products

4.2 Product packaging may vary. The packaging of the product may vary from that
shown on images on our website. However, you may choose to get your product gift
wrapped by clicking on the icon before checkout.

5. Changes in order

5.1 If you wish to make a change to the product you have ordered, please contact us at
namaste@kalakyari.com as soon as possible. We will let you know if at all the change is
possible.

6. Delivery of goods

6.1 The costs of delivery(if applicable) will be as displayed to you on our website during
the order process and we will let you know when you get the products.

6.2 We aim to deliver the goods to you within four working days and in any event within
7 working days after the day on which we accept your order. All our products come with
a trust seal stating strictly to not accept the products if they are found with a broken
seal, we urge our customers to leave the product with the delivery agent if the seal is
found broken.

6.3 If our supply of the products is delayed by an event outside our control then we will
contact you as soon as possible and will not be liable for delays caused by the event. In
such circumstances, you may visit our website and check the status of delivery.

6.4 If no one is available at your address to take delivery, we will contact you via phone
number and leave you an email stating the rescheduling of your delivery. Such attempts
at delivery will be limited to two and after two failed delivery attempts, the product will be
returned to our warehouse. The refund in such cases will not be complete and handling
charges will be deducted from the billing amount.

6.5 The product will be your responsibility from the time we deliver the product to the
address you gave us.

7. Customer rights

7.1 If you wish to end a contract due to change of mind or for any other reason, we will
refund you in full for all the items which have not been dispatched.

7.2 In addition, if you return the products within 7 days of purchase in an unused and
saleable condition, we will exchange such goods provided you notify us within the
stipulated time.

7.3 To end the contract with us please email us at namaste@kalakyari.com. Please
provide your complete name, delivery address, billing date, details of the order and,
where available, your phone number and email address. Email address is essential for
all orders placed online.

7.4 Please refer to our website for information on how to return products. We kindly
request that you ensure that any returned products are well protected and packed for
return. The pickup can be scheduled within 7 days via your account on website
www.kalakyari.com, make sure to be ready with the unused original product, packaging
and bill receipt.

7.5 Deductions from refunds. We may reduce your refund of the price to reflect any
reduction in the value of the goods, if this has been caused by your handling them in a
way. All delivery costs are non refundable.

8. Our rights

8.1 We may end the contract if you break it. We may end the contract for a product at
any time by writing to you if:
1) You do not, within a reasonable time, allow us to deliver the products to your
address or collect them from us;
2) You do not, within a reasonable time, allow us access to your premises to supply
the goods.

9. Our duties

9.1 At kalakyari, we are committed to our duties and would take responsibility for any
loss caused by us.

9.2 We are not liable for business losses. We supply the products for your personal use
only, if you indulge in resale, any loss of profit/business will not be our responsibility.

10. Personal information

10.1 We will use the personal information you provide to us:
1) to supply the products to you;
2) to process your payment for the products; and
3) if you agreed to this during the order process, to inform you about similar
products that we provide, but you may stop receiving these at any time by
contacting us.
